Originally from Cardiff, UK, I relocated to New South Wales in 2025 after spending more than 10 years working within the NHS. I bring a wealth of experience in treating complex chronic health conditions and supporting patients from all walks of life.

I focus on practical, high-quality care, driven by a keen attention to detail and a genuine partnership with my patients. I believe open discussion and shared decision-making are key to finding the right health management plan for you. Now settled in Newcastle, I enjoy making the most of the region’s coastal lifestyle and spending my free time taking up golf and pickleball after years of competing in rugby union and judo.
